Borey Bo church
The Borey Bo Church is located in the Kompong Chhnang province in Cambodia .
And was built and established in late 2005. It was built in the small town and it is just a minute drive to get to the home. The villagers in this area primarily make a living by working in the rice fields as rice farmers. At that time almost 40 percent of the people in this area are searching for employment and 46.4 percent of the families have moved to a different area, due to drought and flood which make it impossible to produce a good agriculture crop.
Most of the kids in the Borey Bo home are orphans because their parents died of Malaria or HIV/AIDS and many of children have lost one or both parents due to these diseases and divorced parents.
And at that time the Borey Bo Church have been raising many orphans and vulnerable children and by take care of Pastor Yun Pisith in thise home and he has came to know the Lord 20 years ago until now through a FCOP church.
At that time, they were very happy living in the home and generally every morning, the children from the home begin their day with a morning devotional. After a time of Bible study, worship and prayer, they eat breakfast. Some go to school in the morning, and others attend school after lunch. When the children are not in school, they might help with house chores take a nap, or play. The children enjoy playing soccer, Cambodian games, and learning traditional dances. In the evening, the children participate in a time of devotionals. But now we have stopped raise the children any more because of the government want us to do the Church and Youth , Children ministry instead. Every Sunday they have Sunday Service at 9 AM and Friday night at 7 p.m. they have special devotion and pray.
Yun Pisith is the Pastor of the Borey Bo Church in Kompong Chnang Provice.
His family was converted to Christianity and he has "Anointed for Burial". Pastor Pisith has a gift for identifying, training and serving the Lord.
