Bak Roteh church
The Bak Roteh Church was constructed in 2003 and church is located in the Pursat Province , Cambodia.
The Bak Roteh village is part of the major town in Pursat Province. In year 2003 the church is surrounded by wooden and grass dwellings. Next to the home is a field where a farmer is raising cattle, and water buffalo. A lot of the people in Bak Roteh and the surrounding area make a living by chiseling stone statues, carving wooden ones, and selling them. There are many children in the area that were made orphans by diseases like HIV and malaria and divorced parent . Because of these the Bak Roteh Church Orphan Home was raise the orphan about 15 kids in this home from year 2003 to 2025 . they just moved into their new home in Bak Roteh church. They used to live with the pastor in a small wooden, rented facility and other children don’t have the house to stay. They are happy to live in this beautiful, new home. but now we don’t support the kids any more because the government want us to do the Youth and Children ministry instead.
Every Sunday morning the church started devotion at 9 AM and Every Friday night at 7 p.m. they have special devotion and pray. all church around this area came to church by walking and some by bicycles, Motor and car .
After finished Sunday service at after lunch Pastor Oung Bunthuern and his wife and member will go down to see the small church at the field far away form the church ,some time close the mountain! and shared the good new of Jesus Christ to people.
Pastor Ang Buntheoun is the Pastor of the Bakroteh Church in Cambodia
His family was converted to Christianity and he has "Anointed for Burial".
Pastor Buntheoun has a gift for identifying, shared the Good new of Jesus Christ and serving the Lord.
