Do Dan Trey church
The Do Dan Trey Church Orphan Home is located in the Siem Reap Province of Cambodia, about a six hour drive from Phnom Penh, the nations capital.
This is arguably the country third biggest city.
This province is littered with hotels. Why? It is home to the seventh wonder of the world, Angkor Wat. Siem Reap is Cambodia tourist destination. The Do Dan Trey church is pastored by Van Saveoun. Each morning the kids, accompanied by staff members, wake up at five oclock and participate in morning devotions. After devotions they sit down to their usual meal of Rice porridge. Finished with eating the younger kids gather their school supplies and walk to school. The older kids carry out their daily chores such as cleaning rooms, washing dishes, washing clothes and cooking food. At noon the young kids come home and the older kids go to school. When its time to relax the boys enjoy soccer and the girls jumping rope. In the evening, after dinner, all the kids gather for evening devotions and bible study.
This is a special time of reflecting and discussing the day. In addition, it is not unusual for all the kids to join in a few songs of worship. Just before bed the kids review their lessons from school. Its nine O’clock, time to sleep! All of these are historical descriptions and accounts of the daily lives of people and children from more than 20 years ago to the present day. From 2001 to 2025, we have been raising many orphans and vulnerable children.
Van Saveoun he is the pastor of the Do Dan Trey Church in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia.
His family was converted to Christianity and he has "Anointed for Burial" and love to serving the Lord with all his heart.
